The bus stop was practically right next to the hotel, so convenient for my lazy self. And there were bars nearby too, great for getting drunk after a day of skiing. Free wifi was a nice bonus too, so I could update my Instagram stories with #skiadventures.
The closest airport was in Lugano, which was not ideal because I had to take a connecting flight. Sooo inconvenient.

Clean, spacious apartment for a family of four. Conveniently located near the Church in Main Street. Well-organized upon arrival with a nice balcony for morning tea. Prompt and helpful host. Partial view of Matterhorn from balcony. Would stay here again if visiting.

The location of the property was mind-blowing! It was just three bus stops away from the central area and had the most jaw-dropping view of the mountains. The property itself exceeded all my expectations with its brand new condition and top-notch facilities. The kitchen was super equipped with a stove, fondue and BBQ essentials, and even a washing machine with soap provided. The bathroom was warm and cozy with a big heater and cool changing color LED lights. everything was super great and I highly recommend this place for a convenient and amazing stay. The host was also extremely helpful and recommended the best restaurants for the most delicious meals on my trip. The apartment was perfect with spacious rooms, lots of storage, two balconies, a big TV with English stations, and a great dining area. The location was excellent with easy access to public transportation, ski rentals, and restaurants. The bathroom had a wonderful shower and the owner was very pleasant and helpful. With a little effort in the upkeep, this place could be excellent. It was an easy 15-minute walk from the railway station and had good Wi-Fi connection.

The decoration at Haus Floralp was charming and had a cozy feel, which made me feel right at home. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained and had a warm ambiance, perfect for senior people like myself. The accessibility was excellent, with easy navigation around the hotel and no steep stairs or slippery floors to worry about.
The only thing I would have asked for to make the vacation even better for senior people is if the children working there could have provided a handrail in the shower. This would have added an extra level of comfort and safety for us.

It was conveniently located near a supermarket and within walking distance of the main street. The owner was friendly and replaced a faulty hairdryer promptly.
Felt cozy, nothing to complain about.

As a senior woman, I really appreciated the accessibility of Haus Floralp. The hotel had easy access for senior people like me, with no stairs to climb and well-lit hallways. The decoration in the general areas was beautiful and charming, with floral accents and cozy seating areas where I could relax and chat with other guests.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a handrail in the bathroom. It would have been helpful to have some extra support while getting in and out of the shower.

Wow! What a romantic escape! The hotel was so cozy and inviting, perfect for a romantic getaway. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the town. We loved being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops. The balcony had an incredible view of the mountains, it was so peaceful and romantic to sit out there with a glass of wine. And the apartment itself was amazing, so spacious and well-appointed. We were able to cook our own meals in the kitchen and relax in the comfortable living area. It truly felt like a home away from home.
There were a couple of minor downsides to our stay. I wish there had been a clothes washer available.
